Your dialer stays. Athos fits around it.

We built Athos to plug into your existing stack — not replace it. If your team is already dialing on a supported platform, we can start analyzing those calls automatically. No new tools for your agents to learn, no disruption to how they work.

The setup takes a few minutes on the admin side. After that, calls flow in on their own and everything else happens inside Athos.

Two ways to connect

Depending on what your dialer supports, Athos can receive calls in push mode or pull them on a schedule. Either way, the result is the same — every call lands in Athos automatically.

Webhook (Push)

Your dialer notifies Athos the moment a call completes. Recording is downloaded and processing starts within seconds. This is the fastest path from call end to scored result.

Polling (Pull)

Athos checks your dialer's API on a regular cycle and fetches any new recordings. Slightly less immediate than webhooks, but just as reliable — and no configuration needed on your dialer's side.

EnrollHere

Available Now

EnrollHere is one of the more widely used dialer platforms in the Medicare space. If your team is already running calls through it, getting Athos connected takes minutes — not a project.

Integration Modes

Webhook (Recommended)

EnrollHere pushes completed calls to Athos in real time. The moment a call finishes, Athos receives it, downloads the recording, and starts scoring. Nothing for your agents to do.

Polling

If you prefer not to configure a webhook, Athos can pull new calls from the EnrollHere API on a regular cycle. You provide an API key and agency ID — we handle the rest.

Data We Collect

  • Call recording and full audio
  • Agent name, email, and NPN
  • Call duration and timestamp
  • Disposition and compliance data
  • Lead queue information

TL-Dialer

Available Now

TL-Dialer (TLD CRM) is a popular choice for high-volume insurance call centers. The Athos integration pulls recordings automatically using your existing API credentials — no changes to your agents' workflow.

Integration Modes

Polling

Athos checks TL-Dialer on a regular schedule and fetches any new recordings since the last pull. You provide your subdomain, API ID, and API key from TL-Dialer's settings — that's it.

Each call is evaluated against a structured scorecard covering skill, objection handling, closing technique, and compliance. Every agent, every call.

Compliance Check

CMS-required disclosures, scope of appointment language, and script mandatories are checked on every call. Violations surface in the dashboard before they become a regulatory issue.

Coaching Assignment

When Athos spots a pattern — a rep who consistently fumbles a specific objection or skips a required disclosure — it automatically queues a targeted role-play drill to fix it.
